Spanish Immersion Opportunities for Grades 3-5 and Middle School Students

Elementary Spanish Immersion Program: After School 4-5pm Monday-Thursday

Elementary students from ALL Truckee schools welcome to join this much requested after school Spanish Immersion opportunity! Students will learn conversational skills along with grammar and writing skills in Spanish during this active fun program that incorporates song and dance into the learning. Miss Maritza is a certified Spanish teacher and a native speaker. (Enrichment and care in our Homework Club is included until 5:30 for working parents.) Cost: $380/month

Middle School Spanish Immersion Program: After School 3-4pm Monday-Thursday

Richardson House 2011/12 Registration Event a BIG success!

Parents, both new and current, gathered for this fun and educational social event! In the upstairs rooms of the Richardson House, presentations featured subjects in our school and the innovative way they are taught, along with our 21st Century design. Many stories were shared about students who were positively impacted by attending our school. We began our first CLA Scholarship Fund, something we are very excited about. Recipients will be chosen by the CLA Board and a committee of teachers reviewing letters from prospective students, their parents, and a recent tax return.
